Scale Calibration
To test the peak detection and labeling, a Neon spectrum is shown with
a dual x-axis scales simultaneously showing both Raman shift and wavelength.
The cursor position is displayed at the bottom in, nm and kaysers, and intensity.
It should also ideally show the raw pixel index (for debugging) but after processing the spectrum, the raw pixel
index can become obfuscated.

Next, adjust the peak detection and labeling to work with RRuff spectra.
There are some "difficult" spectra in the RRUFF database that need to
be reckoned with.
Then, align the raman filter... again...
